Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm dispatch. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you order — small batches occasionally sell through faster than stock updates — we will tell you and refund that line in full.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Indian rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Where a discount applies, the original price is shown struck through beside the discounted one. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch, and will always contact you first.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.

Products

• Natural materials vary between batches. Slight differences in colour, viscosity or intensity are a property of the material, not a defect.
• Skincare and burning preparations carry usage directions on the product page. Please read them, patch test where advised, and never leave a lit burner unattended.
• Our products are cosmetic. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
